  5. The Safe C Runtime Analyzer is a development and testing tool for improving the
  6. reliability and efficiency of C programs. It consists of three parts: Runtime
  7. Checker, Dynamic Profiler, and Dynamic Tracer that work in conjunction with the
  8. user's C compiler to provide runtime checking, function and statement-level
  9. profiling, and detailed tracing for C programs. Each of the Runtime Analyzer's
  10. function can be invoked selectively at compile time and can be controller
  11. interactively at run time. Program modules that have been run through the
  12. Analyzer can be freely linked with ordinary object modules.
